Lilla's work represents an exploration of the strange and lovely across a wide variety of mediums.  Specializing in the minute rendering of detail, as well as the fascinatingly unique features of human faces and animals, she combines stylistic elements of caricaturism and surrealism with a classically trained execution to capture and highlight the "je ne sais quoi" of a composition that will draw the viewer in (and perhaps leave them with a few intriguing questions.
